Coastal Lot Creations INC is a Vancouver Island–based real estate development company focused on creating well-designed housing solutions that meet real-life needs. We specialize in helping people who want to relocate on Vancouver Island but can’t find the right home by building homes and purpose-designed residences from the ground up.
In many cases, we can also facilitate financing for the build, allowing our clients to remain in their current home until construction is complete and move directly into a finished house.
We also work with property owners who have land suitable for subdivision and no longer need excess space. By managing the subdivision and development of infill lots, we help homeowners unlock additional value often to support retirement while staying on their property.
